Customize ServiceNow applications based on user needs. Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, forms, scripts, and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions. Perform system integrations with other applications and tools. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow. Implement best practices for ServiceNow administration and development. Train end-users on ServiceNow functionality and usage. Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator. Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, including but not limited to workflow configuration, UI policies, and ACLs. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and practices. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
