Must be proficient in project management and prioritization with the ability to succeed as an independent developer. Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Promotes the utilization of technical services to resolve business issues within the enterprise, agency, program area, or division; Provides technical support on complex business intelligence projects and performs as a Subject Matter Expert in business or functional area; May participate in strategic planning processes for ODAs Data Visualization/Business Intelligence team; Assists with developing technical standards and policies to meet the needs of customers, peers, and management; Recommends and facilitates quality improvement efforts; May serve as a project leader providing guidance, advice, supervision and/or training to other analysts; Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with data visualization-based agencies to help them meet their business and technical needs; Collaborates with Data Science/Public HealthGeographics, Data Engineering, Data Management, Data Surveillance, Outreach& Equity, and Data Governance teams within ODA; Participates in the Business Intelligence Center of Excellence steering committee as it relates to data governance and visualization best practices; Assists Data Visualization/Business Intelligence team with dashboard development as needed.
