Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and experience with Aura framework. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified App Builder are highly desirable. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
