Success criteria Collaborate with the TMNA Office of Privacy and Toyota Legal One groups in the development of policies, standards and guidance governing the protection of consumer privacy in products sold by TMNA as well as back-end systems interfacing with connected products Develop system level privacy engineering requirements to enable compliance with product privacy policies, standards and guidance. Develop system level privacy baselines and reference architecture, including identification of baseline privacy controls with lower level component allocations Collaborate with component teams to ensure proper incorporation of requirements into component specifications as well as plans for verification and validation Support C&AO audit(s) related to privacy policies as needed Support development of privacy-related education, training and awareness materials Maintain awareness of privacy-related activities in the automotive industry Participate, as needed, in industry standards development relevant to consumer privacy in automotive industry Execute the role and responsibilities of a Product Cybersecurity Platform Team (PCPT) member Success criteria Actively listen during meetings to identify action items, decisions, and write meeting minutes to capture meeting results. Support your group lead by pro-actively scheduling meetings with project leads and PMs, developing an agenda, coordination of presentation material, taking minutes, and following action items through to completion. Stakeholder feedback is that you respect peoples time, schedules, effectively run meetings, and follow through on action items. Regularly attend and participate in CPCG team meetings Regularly work 40 hours a week and be available during core hours from 9-4 and coordinate with group leadership as needed for deviations Ad-hoc support Support the development of PCG executive reports & presentations and/or evidence and data to support ad-hoc tasks.
