The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. The candidate should be proficient in CRM customization, configuration, integration, and development using Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365. Responsibilities: Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements. Customize and configure CRM entities, workflows, business rules, and plugins. Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other applications and systems. Develop custom reports and dashboards using CRM reporting tools. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and document requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM applications. Perform CRM system maintenance and upgrades. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and best practices. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Train end-users on Microsoft Dynamics CRM usage and functionality. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including Dynamics 365. Proficiency in CRM customization, configuration, and development using Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK. Experience with CRM integration using web services (REST, SOAP) and APIs. Strong understanding of CRM data model and schema. Hands-on experience with JavaScript, C#, .NET framework, HTML, and CSS. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Dynamics CRM certification (e.g., MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core). Experience with Microsoft Azure services. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps). Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools for version control and deployment.
