| Position:cJava Developer Postgre Sql Location: Atlanta GA -Need Only Locals Rate :$65 Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Java Developer with a strong background in AWS, PostgreSQL, and AuroraDB to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining Java applications, with a focus on leveraging cloud technologies and database management systems to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Key Responsibilities: Application Development: Design, develop, and maintain Java applications. Implement and integrate APIs and third-party services. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Cloud Infrastructure: Deploy and manage applications on AWS. Utilize AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability in a cloud environment. Database Management: Design and manage PostgreSQL and AuroraDB databases. Perform database optimization, indexing, and performance tuning. Ensure data security, integrity, and high availability. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues. Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues promptly. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Skills: Proficient in Java programming language. Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.). In-depth knowledge of PostgreSQL and AuroraDB. Familiarity with RESTful API development and microservices architecture. Experience with version control systems such as Git. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a focus on code quality and performance. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Certification in AWS or relevant technologies is a plus. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.
