This person would be Senior Agile Champion/TPM for 2 scrum teams of very technical nature. Facilitates Agile events that help the Engineering team deliver value incrementally and iteratively; Embeds Agile ways of working Supports the Program Increment (PI) execution through facilitating team level events and partners with the RTE Supports the team in achieving the PI objectives Works within and across team(s) to anticipate, track, and resolve risks and impediments to delivery Supports Product Owners through backlog refinement, backlog readiness, definition of ready/done and support writing user stories Supports coordination across Team of Teams (Agile Release Train (ART)/Release Train Engineer (RTE)) ; Raises and provides visibility around gaps, impediments, risks, and dependencies. Ensures impediments are visible and tracked through to resolution, escalating when necessary Fosters practices for identifying, tracking, discussing and resolving cross-team dependencies within the team, taking ownership Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree required in computer science, computer engineering, Project Management or other technical discipline 3+ years of Agile Champion experience facilitating Agile, Scrum, or other rapid application development teams to deliver solutions. Current/active CSM or PMP-ACP certification or equivalent certification required; SAFe Agilist certification a plus. Ability to influence and gain alignment at all levels of the organization including senior leadership. Builds high trust and creditability across the organization through deep domain knowledge of the business and underlying technology. Supporting and improving the usage of DevOps, CI/CD (continuous Integration /Continuous Deployment) across the Agile train(s). Strong facilitation and communication skills. Industry and Company Knowledge Shows skill in Agile/Lean/SAFe Principles and Frameworks quality and testing best practices. Agile Champion to lead 2-3 scrum teams in the Network organization 5+ years of Agile experience leading more than one technical team. Rally Agility management tooling & experience in SAFe framework preferred. Bank or Financial Services experience is a must.
