Must Haves: - Previous Delta or travel industry - SAFe environment experience - Safe certs are a plus, SASM (SAFe Advanced Scrum Master) , SSM (SAFe Scrum Master), SA (Safe Agilist) - Experience as a scrum master for software development (preferably java) teams in an enterprise environment - Experience in an AWS environment or AWS migration project - Kanban - Experience leading Sprint Sessions -Knowledge around application deployments, application releases, how do impediments affect these deployments -should have experience managing at least two scrum teams (Delta squad size is usually from 12 - 15 ) Qualifications: WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS) Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles Must hold at least one Scrum Certification from Scrum Alliance or SAFe Must have excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery teams Where permitted by applicable law, must have received or be willing to receive the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire to be considered for U.S.-based job, if not currently employed by Delta Air Lines, Inc.
