Business Analyst (only H1b with PP) Location-Louisville, KY (Day 1 onsite) A - STARS or HEDIS experience FMC Measure or any other STARS measure need to know how CMS calculates, how to improve the scope, what did they do to improve. Data mapping - to be able find sources - to lead trigger member outreach. Experience with data queries - know what they are asking for and be able to create simple questions. Thinker not follower Enterprise experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent data mapping skills. Must be good at navigating complex corporate landscape to identify data sources, study data relevance and map it to requirements. Excellent Agile story grooming skill.
