Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. Develops and maintains project artifacts as required established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Build and manage the detailed integrated project plan and schedule that captures all task level detail with deliverables, milestones, cross-functional dependencies, etc. while mapping the critical path. Plan and schedule resources efficiently by ensuring that the right resources are allocated and available to the right project activities at the right time. Forecast and enable resource capacity planning in a dynamically changing business environment. It is critical to forecast and get real-time foresight into project resourcing so that the project can take corrective actions ahead of time. Establish project governance framework with a structured approach to govern the project activities. This framework must have well-defined roles, responsibilities, escalation paths, and decision-making processes.
