Position: Sr. Tech Ops & TechOps Analyst Location: New Haven, CT Duration: 6+ Months Mode of Interview: Phone and Video Job Description: 1. TechOps Analyst: 2nd shift (4/5-12/1am) must be okay with this please confirm in submittal. Experience: 2 3 Years of IT Support Experience Knowledge/Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to explain digital concepts and technologies to the business, as well as business concepts to technologists Principles and practices of producing effective project documentation including business functions, business information systems, and practices Strong Time management and organizational skills Windows 7/10 Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 Working knowledge Active Directory Knowledge of smartphones PC and server hardware knowledge Excellent customer service skills - ability to interact with all levels in a courteous, helpful and professional manner Unquestionable ethics with proven ability to deal with a high level of confidentiality Must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and exhibit a strong sense of urgency Must be available to work weekends and off hours occasionally A+ certification is a plus 2. Sr. Tech Ops: Senior Engineer (1 position)- regular working hours but must be willing to shift to 2nd shift when they go live in September/October Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP Microsoft Windows server and client OS (Windows 2008-Windows 2019) Patch Management & Backups/Restores (Rubrik experience a plus) VMware management (VxRail & Nutanix experience a plus) Microsoft PowerShell scripting Administration of Group Policy Objects (GPO) Server & SAN Hardware (Dell experience a plus) Experience working in a global or multi-office infrastructure.
