Hands on experience in ServiceNow UI Pages,UI Macros,Server scripts, client scripts,UI action,UI policies,Script incldues,Inbound email action, Notification,Event Hands on experience in ServiceNow Workflow & orchestration Experience in implementing Service Portal Experience in working with scoped application. Must have through knowledge of scoped applications and scripting in the scoped applications. Knowledge of how to troubleshoot ServiceNow performance issue. Must have a knowledge of best practices for improving the performance. Must have reporting experience. Must have performance analytics experience / knowledge. Must have Certified ServiceNow Administration certification.
