https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=1409339&uid= From: simran, Sr. Power BI Developer simran@urbench.com Reply to: simran@urbench.com Job Title Sr. Power BI Developer Rate N/A Location Nashville, Tennessee Job Description Our Client needs a Sr. Power BI Developer (Hybrid Contract Position) 12+ months Hybrid (MUST work 2-3 days/week onsite from Day 1) at Nashville, TN office Locals/Driving distance within 100 miles to Nashville, TN or RELOCATE from Day 1 to Nashville, TN for sure Skills/Experience needed: BS Degree with 7+ years experience in Reporting using PowerBI. MUST be Highly competent in PowerBI, SQL querying, Business Objects & Snowflake. Experience working with technical team and business users to collect requirements and develop necessary reports in PowerBI. Design and map data models to shift raw data into meaningful insights. Utilize Power BI to build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports. Experience Building multi-dimensional data models, Develop strong data documentation about algorithms, parameters, models & Support reports in Production. Experience with converting Cognos reports into Power BI & Business Objects in a Snowflake Data Warehouse environment. While we expect most development going forward to be in PowerBI, we do also support Business Objects and the individual would need to be willing to learn it as needed. Work is either assigned through projects (typically in Azure DevOps) or ServiceNow. Most efforts have some form of project update meeting or daily/weekly SCRUM.
