SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in NYC, NY/Chicago, IL/Toronto, Canada Hybrid Contract Term: 6+ months C2H Hybrid (2-3 Days/week) Job Description: We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in configuration on Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes and technologies, particularly within the SAP SuccessFactors suite. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field. Master's degree is a plus. Minimum of [5] years of experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS). Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules, including but not limited to Employee Central (EC), Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System (LMS). Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations, including data migration, integration, and system testing. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams. Certification in SAP SuccessFactors modules is highly desirable. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings, workshops, and project implementations. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
