SAP Master Data Governance Solution Architect/Senior Consultant 12+Month Contract Primarily remote position with occasional onsite meetings Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP Master Data Governance Solution Architect to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise in designing and implementing SAP MDG solutions that meet complex business needs. Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and design of SAP MDG solutions, including system landscapes, data models, governance workflows, and integration points with other SAP modules and external systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate master data requirements into scalable and sustainable MDG architectures. Develop MDG solution blueprints, roadmaps, and implementation plans aligned with business goals, industry best practices, and SAP standards. Guide clients through business partner concepts and data migration activities to/from S/4HANA MDG. Define business requirements, lead the business blueprint and design process, and set up development, test, and production environments for SAP MDG. Create an integration test plan for SAP MDG integrated with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA. Analyze and resolve issues with integrated data flows across SAP and non-SAP systems. Provide expert guidance on master data governance strategies and frameworks. Oversee data migration activities, ensuring accurate data transition from legacy systems to SAP MDG. Evaluate and select third-party tools and technologies that complement SAP MDG. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to ensure successful SAP MDG implementation and integration. Contribute to the development of best practices, methodologies, and tools for SAP MDG architecture and design. Design/build reports for auditing master data and data quality checks. Create configuration and training documents. Conduct train-the-trainer activities for SAP MDG power users. Requirements: Primarily remote position with occasional onsite meetings. Immediate start. Expertise in SAP MDG architecture and design. Experience with SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA integration. Strong understanding of master data governance strategies and frameworks. Proficiency in data migration and integration activities. Ability to develop comprehensive solution blueprints and implementation plans. Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams. Excellent problem-solving abilities for integrated data flows. Experience in creating configuration and training documents and conducting train-the-trainer activities.
