Visa- Independent visa holders(No h1) We can consider recent graduates if they are ready to learn and do the job. But salary will be less. Duties & Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for all Employee communication including on-boarding, exit formalities, and immigration etc. Facilitate non-immigrant and immigrant petitions by working with external immigration attorneys office to ensure timely filing of new, extensions, amendments, transfers, and terminations; Maintain employee files; ensure 100% compliance Prepare and/or verify I-9 Assist all employees with HR and immigration related questions Manage visa expiration dates for all foreign nationals and files cases in a timely manner Able to maintain an approachable and appropriate attitude when interacting with all levels of personnel in a rapidly changing environment Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information. should have experience in bench sales. Should be organized to recruit consultants for Marketing. Good understanding of various US work authorizations (OPT/CPT/All Kinds of EAD's/USC) Expertise in hiring Job portals, Universities and Social networks recruiting. Must be able to work independently.
