| IT Project Manager IV Position Type : Contract City : Chicago State : IL Remote Work : Partial Branch : Primary Skills : Manager, Project Management Job Description: The UX PM will support project planning and deliverable management across multiple projects. Works with UX team members to create project timelines and monitors progress of UX deliverables. Builds and maintains working relationships with team members, business stakeholders and IT delivery PMs. Key Responsibilities: Track UX timelines and project delivery Create Project Kick-off materials and facilitate kick-off meetings Develop and drive high-level project milestones and detailed project plan Assist in managing project backlogs, participating in sprint planning and grooming Clear communication of project plans, status, and critical issues to project stakeholders and sponsors Partner with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to maintain UX roadmap for delivery for NOC, Contact Centers and BTW portfolios.
