Client:Confidential ( HCL team will disclose to candidate during the interview) Implementation:HCL Job Title:Senior Java Lead Developer Work Location:Orlando, FL (Onsite Position) (Locals are Preferrable) Duraton:Months Must have skills All are required: Java8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices & GCP, AWS Detailed Job Description: 13+ years of hands-on experience in Java8, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Microservices & Cloud platform 2 to 4 years of experience in microservices based architecture. Hands on exp in Agile Methodology Perform project planning and scheduling, manage tasks and coordinate project resources to meet objectives and timelines Develop and adhere to project plans, including an effective communication plan and production implementation plan Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines Guide the team technically and perform code reviews Collaborate with technical architect and quality team for the deliverables. Responsible to ensure production stability, coordinate with the DevOps and Deployment teams for releases Prepare and review the changes for 100% accuracy Prepare deployment plans for all project, soft launch and hot fix release to production Support and encourage to build a quality documentation for each phase of the project Design, Development, Unit testing, Production Deployment and Hyper care support Ensure to meet all customer compliance metrics during the course of project execution Mitigate risks and issues identified during the course of project execution Handle multiple project executions in parallel and ensure to keep them all in track Good understanding and utilization of software design patterns.
