Endur Business Analyst Duration: 6 to 12 Months- Right to Hire Location: Houston, TX 77002- Onsite Role End Client: Energy Client Visa: USC and Green Card Holder- Need Local Candidate Interview Mode: In-Person Description: Endur Business Analyst We seek a talented Endur Business Analyst (BA) with expertise in natural gas trading and scheduling, PnL/risk management, reporting, and mid/back-office accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a solid working knowledge of ETRM (Energy Trading and Risk Management) systems, particularly Endur, and demonstrate the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze Endur system enhancements and implementation requirements. Configure and customize Endur system functionalities to meet business needs. Conduct testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy and reliability of Endur system configurations. Provide user support and training for Endur system users. Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Endur system functionality. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in ETRM systems and natural gas trading. Must have Skills : Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the energy sector, focusing on natural gas trading and scheduling. Strong understanding of Endur version 10 or higher. Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of gas supply and trading front-to-back processes and data flow is highly desirable.
