FLORIDA. NO RELO. must have PMP Prefers SAP Success Factors but open to PM with Workday, Oracle, a ERP that has HCM module they have worked with Application Development background as a PM Project entails : a lot of Data being migrated into Success Factors using OpenText Robotic Automation for invoicing 3 slots for local south Florida already candidates - Desired Work Location: Miramar FL Onsite Requirements: Minimum 12 days/month in office and as required project activities. Skill Set required: Must Haves: Excellent communicator with strong soft skills. Be able to lead projects on time, budget and within scope. Experience working in a matrixed environment with a PMO, portfolio structure and multiple business stakeholders. HCM technology experience is important. Master project management experience aligned to PMI (incl. financial management, WBS time management, risk/issue management and mitigation, project management presentation materials, etc) and be able to work within ETP PPMO processes and portfolio guidelines. HCM solution delivery experience, SAP Success Factors delivery experience Desired Start Date: 6/3/2024 Expected End Date: 12/2/2024 (potential to extend based on portfolio needs) Travel % Required: 5% but expectation is availability to join in 2300 and other Miramar offices weekly (minimum 12 days/month and as required for project activities.
