Job Title Veeva Vault Admin Job Location -Fully Remote Duration - 6 Months+ Visa -Any Visa Mode Of Interview - Phone/Skype Note - Need LinkedIn This role is hot and one that we can fill with the right person, looking for an Administrator with Veeva, Vault exp. for a 6+ month remote contract opp. This is with Biogen, Lifesciences, Pharma exp. needed Job Description Application Support Analyst III/Systems Admin Veeva CRM Business Ops Owner/Subject Matter Expert: Understand the field medical roles, business requested fields and data elements configured in the system; Identify and implement process optimizations supporting the systems Establish and maintain business and system processes related to field medical technologies ( ex. global/regional/affiliate views, data update requests) Data verification SME when reporting discrepancies exist where Veeva CRM data is leveraged Role in User Acceptance Testing to verify functionality Business Operations lead: Managing processes and execution to update user roles, system fields and data Interactions Page New Topics, Resources presented/discussed, Resources Left Behind, CRM resource library, etc. Account Page New fields that require Business maintained updates, lock/unlock of MyFocus Panel Medical Insights Changing of Values, adding new fields Medical Information Request New forms, new LOVs for new TA/Product launch and coordination with Med Info excellence Surveys Dynamic Attributes Create new, maintain existing, coordinate with Data COE if reporting updates Account Lists/Views Support definition and implementation of new views Advanced Field Coaching Reports I believe Field medical currently uses Advanced Field Coaching, which is based on Veeva CRMs survey functionality and can be managed within the MedOps team w/little to no CRM IT support Veeva Network Affiliation widget - Facilitate bulk mastering of data for Medical with the Commercial Information Management team; Coordinate business to business discussions when new flags are being proposed by Commercial business to ensure Medicals needs are met Approved Email This has gone back and forth with US Commercial multi-channel excellence/Ops teamsnot sure who supports right now.
