Candidates must be available for an in-person interview Skills Required: Proficiency in PowerBuilder, JAVA, JavaScript, .NET, HTML, XML, SQL, Microsoft VISIO, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong understanding of relational database concepts, database concepts, telecommunication concepts, and web services. Familiarity with Rhino JavaScript, Accela scripting, and reporting tools. Experience Required: 5 years of experience implementing and supporting the Accela Civic Platform for Licensing and Case Management and Accela Citizen Access. 5 years of experience with reporting (AD HOC and Crystal reports). 5 years of experience with Accela data migration using Accela Data Migration Tool. 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with design, development, and testing. 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with setting up application security roles and best practices. 5 years of experience in the Accela environment with scripting and configuration (event, batch, pageflow, and expression). 3 years of experience with Accela Mobile Office. 5 years of experience with Oracle databases. Desired Experience: 2 years of experience with Accela GIS. 2 years of understanding of Accela payment adapter configurations.
