MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: The IT Software Developer must have: Minimum 5 years of recent programming experience in an IDMS/COBOUVSAM/JCUZ/OS mainframe environment. Minimum 5 years of recent experience in systems analysis, development, and project implementation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
