| Role: BA (Insurance domain) + FIGMA exp Location: Flemington CT / Islin NJ (This is hybrid role need candidate local to one of the location) Duration: Contract Job Description: - Agile methodology, Jira, Confluence, Figma : Must Have Excellent Business Analysis skills Ability to talk to Stakeholders, elaborate requirements, document requirements, create process maps. Requires experience in Business and Integration requirement elicitation and documentation, Data Analysis using SQL/excel. Data mapping Create Data Dictionary Ability to closely work with various stakeholders (Dev, testing team, partners) to ensure that business requirements are converted to actual solutions, Good Agile experience is mandatory. Well versed with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma Group Insurance domain knowledge. Working very closely with business units and the technical development teams on all projects. Will engage in client discussions and capture requirements/ specs based on interaction with client business users.
