Responsible for Mainframe Capacity Planning & Optimization Responsible for zVM, zLinux and Sysplex environments Responsible for Mainframe Networking, Mainframe DBMS, OLTP, Mainframe Hardware, Mainframe Security, Mainframe workloads & Mainframe MFT Requirements: Minimum 10 years of Experience in Developing Mainframe Infrastructure Solutions and Designs Good customer Interaction and Negotiation skills Good knowledge on Mainframe Hardware and Software Expertise in using reference architecture and defining target architecture for business needs Constant endeavor to adapt and bring Mainframe architectural best practices Good knowledge on Mainframe consolidation solutions, Mainframe upgrades, Mainframe migrations, etc. Good knowledge on Mainframe environment sizing, Mainframe product positioning, Mainframe licensing, IBM Products, ISV products & virtualization.
