Configure and manage user accounts, profiles, and access controls. Perform security-related configuration in SAP modules like ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SRM, and others. Security Audits and Compliance: Conduct regular security audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., SOX, GDPR). Monitor and analyze security logs for potential breaches or violations. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to facilitate security assessments and audits. Risk Management: Identify and assess security risks in SAP environments. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and address vulnerabilities and security threats. Incident Response: Respond to and manage security incidents and breaches. Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. Develop and maintain incident response plans and procedures. Security Policies and Procedures: Develop, document, and enforce security policies, procedures, and guidelines. Ensure security policies are aligned with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Provide training and support to end-users and IT staff on security best practices. Project Support: Support SAP implementation and upgrade projects by providing security expertise. Work with project teams to integrate security requirements into project plans. Ensure new systems and changes adhere to security standards. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP security, with hands-on experience in SAP user administration, role design, and authorization concepts. Certifications: SAP Security certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Security Architect) are highly desirable. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP security tools and technologies. Strong knowledge of SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solutions. Familiarity with security protocols and standards (e.g., SSO, SSL/TLS, SAML). Soft Skills: Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with stakeholders and documenting processes. Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving security issues. Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
