Experience in ServiceNow Catalog Item Development. Ability to develop and manage application code effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Desirable Skills: ServiceNow FSM certification. Experience in agile development methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
