Min 3 to 5 years of experience in Master Data Management Implementation. Functional SME for implementation of Customer/Supplier/Location/Contact Domains in MDM tools(Pref. Reltio/Stibo) Have worked on fit gap analysis for various MDM domains, Data Model Design, Governance Process setups, Data Stewardship and data cleansing process formation, Data Migration Strategy, Integration Designs etc. Candidates will be expected to add business value by focusing on various initiatives for the MDM Program. Candidates will be expected to write user stories and work on the Agile Product Team and be always ready to learn new skill sets. Responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the Reltio MDM Configurations, data pipelines, and integrations. Support all aspects of MDM solution, including data ingestion, creation of the master record, outbound extracts, and API integration. Work closely with the team and any services/system integration vendors on successful release management. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills and a high drive for results. Must possess the ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt to changing business needs. Good team player, self-motivating, and committed with an ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
