If you have any matching profiles please get in touch with me Job Description : Oracle OTL Payroll Techno Functional Consultant Role : Responsible for Supporting configurations, extensions, modifications, localizations, and integrations(CEMLIs) for the Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Oracle Payroll odules. Will also help to resolve end user issues with self-service time entry and will work with business users for trouble shooting Payroll or OTL issues. Responsibilities : Supporting OTL and Payroll Modules along with the CEMLIs including inbound / outboud interfaces to third party systems requiring the following knowledge: Extensive knowledge of the functionality and table structures of Oracle Applications. Collaborates with customers to ascertain system specifications and business / technical requirements to create spec documents that meet their needs Familiarity with OTLR earning policies, shift differentials, rotations plan etc., Knowledge of Oracle Patch analysis and Updates for statutory requirements Expertise in Payroll processes. Expereince with personalization. customization and utilizing Oracle API's and creating webADI integrators Expereince opening, managing and resolving Oracle SR's with Oracle Support. Understanding of multiple business groups and the impact throughout OTL and Payroll Processes Understanding change management process Troubleshooting production issues while critically thinking in pressure situations. Working with HRIS management team to understand priorities and meet deadlines and goals.
