I want them to be able to describe the type of requirements they would gather. How they would go about it. What documents they would ultimately deliver. Required Skills Is utilities experience required (Y/N) N but would be helpful. Top 3 Must-Haves (Hard and/or Soft Skills): 1. Requirements gathering background with IT integrations and IT application implementations. 2. Someone proficient in conflict management and prioritization of requirements (Someone who can say no.) 3. High proficiency with Microsoft Products. And the ability to create data visualizations and communicate highly technical processes to business professionals. We need a BA to review them and then gather further detailed project/program, portfolio, and reporting requirements so that we can include them with our RFP.
