Job Description: Position : Oracle ERP Cloud Techno Functional Consultant Location: Remote Duration : Long term Mode of Interview : Telephonic/Video Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Cloud Techno Functional Consultant with a strong background in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of technical and functional expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to meet business requirements. This role requires hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and optimizing Oracle ERP Cloud modules to streamline business processes and enhance productivity. Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP Cloud solutions. 2. Configure Oracle ERP Cloud applications to meet business needs, including modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, Human Capital Management, etc. 3. Develop customizations and extensions using Oracle Cloud technologies such as Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP, OTBI, BPM etc. 4. Perform data migration, integration, and interface development between Oracle ERP Cloud and other systems. 5. Design and implement reports and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, or other reporting tools. 6. Provide technical and functional support for Oracle ERP Cloud applications, including troubleshooting issues and performing root cause analysis. 7. Conduct system testing, user training, and documentation of implemented solutions. 8. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud ERP releases and new features to leverage latest functionalities for business benefits. 9. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery. 10. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to junior team members on Oracle Cloud ERP best practices and methodologies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 6-10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and support. 3. Proficiency in configuring Oracle Cloud ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, etc. 4. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud technologies and architecture. 5. Experience in developing customizations and extensions using Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BIP, OTBI, BPM etc. 6. Solid knowledge of Oracle ERP Cloud data migration, integration, and reporting tools. 7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. 8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. 9. Oracle certifications such as Oracle Cloud ERP Implementation Specialist or Oracle Cloud Application Developer would be a plus. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
