Creating DLP policies, and rule writing. How DLP should be configured to respond to AI. Should have a basic understanding of AI. DLP policies development side Must haves: AI understanding (1-2 years exp) DLP strong experience (at least 3 years) Splunk or another similar automation tool Must Haves: Strong understanding of Gen AI, Data Loss prevention(DLP), rule writing , experience with Splunk or another similar automation tool. Responsibilities include: Define DLP policies to support ongoing Gen AI efforts in the organization. Understand the DLP process architecture and implement DLP policies in multiple tools accordingly. Follow documented procedures and maintain required documentation during DLP policy development. Adhere to change management requirements during the DLP policy development process. Engage with relevant teams within Information Security and Information Technology as required to ensure complete DLP coverage is provided. Engage with Information Security partners to establish monitoring and response towards DLP/AI detections. Document observations (if any) during the DLP policy development process. Assist in execution of the teams tasks as requested. Position Requirements: Time flexibility to make changes at 8PM ET. At least 3 years of related experience. Ability to communicate effectively, persuasively, and credibly with internal management and partners / stakeholders. Ability to adapt, work in and thrive in a frequently changing environment. Excellent teaming skills.
