Description: JOB TITLE: Senior Specialist Organizational Change Management JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Senior Specialist, you will work with the Director of Change Management to create and execute structured plans to drive change throughout the CFO organization, including Ally groups outside of CFO that are impacted by CFO initiatives specific to the assignment. You must thrive in a complex, high-workload environment, and enjoy a high degree of ownership with limited oversight. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding the current and future state, aligning leaders to sponsor the change, creating and executing plans to help managers and employees move through the change commitment curve, and work closely with learning to build and deploy training. This role must have a strategic mindset with the ability to interact with senior leadership and be detailed oriented to create a variety of deliverables. In this role, you must embrace opportunities to solve complex problems, be solution oriented, meet deadlines, challenge leadership, listen to stakeholders and incorporate feedback. This role will report to the Director of Change Management and will interact with other internal and external partners. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Participate on the project team to develop and deliver a change management plan following the Ally Change Management Methodology. Support the continual review/edit of all stakeholders to ensure effective development of a detailed change impact assessment that identifies and evaluates the changes from current state to future state. Support the development and execution of a change management plan, including all communications that takes impacted stakeholders from current state to future state. Work with the change management team to identify and deploy listening mechanisms such as focus groups or a change readiness assessments. Work with the Learning & Development group to identify training needs and coordinate the development of training material. Coordinate all reviews and approvals of change management and training assets internally Coordinate and deploy all training programs and assignments in Workday LMS system by Stakeholder group Identify and work closely with the change management team to identify and implement ways that senior leadership can help them sponsor the change. Challenge leadership in a constructive and tactful way. Identify issues and risks and escalate them appropriately Work with the Director of Change Management to build an enterprise wide change management practice JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 5+ years of Change Management experience required Change management certification preferred Bachelor's degree in business administration, or related field. Previous experience with large consulting firms recommended. Previous experience working within Ally recommended. Solid oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variet of audiences, including senior leadership required. Strong L&D experience, and an understanding of how to move people through change and the change process, change management principles, methodologies & tools recommended. Strong ability to establish and build strong relationship to navigate within and across teams. Experience in technical writing preferred. Strong collaboration, negotiation and problem resolution skills preferred. Strong analytical and decision-making skills recommended. Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to make executive level presentations required. Strong knowledge of HR processes recommended.
