If interested, please share your resume at [email protected] or call me at 732-452-1006 Ext 618 Job Title: Dynatrace Performance Tester/Engineer Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote for first 3 months, relocation possible) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Dynatrace Performance Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This role is initially remote for the first 3 months, with the possibility of relocation for the right candidate. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance of our applications, workloads, and environments. Responsibilities: Possess in-depth knowledge of application and infrastructure monitoring principles. Manage and maintain end-to-end performance for all applications, workloads, and environments. Deploy and support Application Performance Management (APM) tools, including Dynatrace. Troubleshoot and resolve production performance issues. Analyze performance data and identify root causes of negative trends. Support and enhance the system to accommodate new business applications and technologies. Utilize and evaluate third-party performance tools and vendors. Collaborate with development teams on large projects to ensure optimal monitoring, cost-effectiveness, capacity planning, and stress testing. Configure and manage Dynatrace tools, including OneAgent. Deploy and configure Dynatrace solutions based on stakeholder requirements. Customize monitoring settings, dashboards, alerts, and reports. Monitor applications, servers, databases, and critical infrastructure components. Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, errors, and other issues. Configure and manage alerting rules for timely notification of potential issues. Utilize Dynatrace insights to recommend improvements for overall efficiency and responsiveness. Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of experience with Dynatrace. Strong understanding of application and infrastructure monitoring principles. Experience managing and maintaining end-to-end application performance. Experience deploying and supporting APM tools. Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production performance issues. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of performance problems. Experience collaborating with development teams on large projects. Proficiency in configuring and managing Dynatrace tools, including OneAgent. Experience deploying and configuring Dynatrace solutions. Strong understanding of monitoring best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Interview Schedule: Our panelists are available for interviews from 5 PM CST onwards every day.
