Role Workday Consultant Location- Woonsocket, RI (onsite) Duration- 12+ Months Must have: 10+ years of experience as Workday Technical/Integration consultant. Experienced in at least 2 end-to-end implementation of WD Integrations Identify Business Requirements for inbound and outbound Workday Integrations, driving towards decisions and recommending best practices in all phases of the Project. Use consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively implement the functionality into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results. Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, analyze and translate business requirements to Workday system Assist clients in integrating the Workday system into their current business environments Advise clients on industry standards for data security authentication methods and functional overview of impacted process areas providing suggestions, drive decision and recommend best practices in all phases of the project Build strong relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and be a key contributor to guiding, developing, and educating others within the Workday practice.10+ Build, automate and release solutions based on clients priorities and requirements. Explore and discover risks and resolving issues that affect release scope, schedule and quality and bring to the table potential solutions. Make sure that all integration solutions meet the client specifications and are delivered on time Workday Integration Cloud and Cloud Connect Education: At least a bachelors degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related field is required.
