Position: Digital Marketing Analytics & Governance Location: Remote Job Details: Education: BS/BBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or other quantitative field. Technology Skills/Programs: Solid experience in data analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (Adobe is more robust and often indicates a stronger skillset compared to Google.) Experience in applying Data Sciences models or leading engagement involving large sales and Consumer data sets that led to improved ROI from Marketing programs Experience in leading Data and analytics engagement with Visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau or Power BI Sound Knowledge of Hyperscalers/Cloud technologies such as AWS Proven ability to create impactful dashboards to senior management that demonstrate marketing impact 5+ years working with marketing data such as Media spend/engagement, Sales, Brand Health, website traffic and CRM Demonstrated success running impactful marketing analysis through advanced statistical analysis with the ability to simplify complexity to senior management. Experience in data visualization and statistical modeling tools such as Tableau (part of Salesforce), Domo, Power BI, Python, R (Adobe also offers data visualization so someone could have that experience as well. It's just not at the level of Tableau/Domo.) Proficiency with online/offline data Experience with extensive datasets from Snowflake, Microsoft, Salesforce, Adobe or similar Experience with machine learning and NLP techniques Experience with Informatica, Collibra or similar Data Governance tools and/or governance processes Experience with Google Ads Data Hub, Adobe Marketing Cloud, Amazon Marketing Data Cloud or similar (We may not use these, but if a person has worked with or can speak to these type of technologies, it will be an indicator that they have an understanding of a marketing analytics ecosystem compared to other analytics ecosystems, since most complex marketing analytics environments will make use of at least one of these technologies. I personally have used Google Ads Data Hub & Adobe Marketing Cloud.) Note: The technical skills are important, but it will be key for this person to have a marketing mindset.
