Job Role: Pharma Business Analyst (Model N experience) Job Location: Princeton, NJ/REMOTE Job Type: Contract Description: Experienced Business Analyst analyst/consultant with solid skills in Pharmaceutical commercial systems, excellent documentation skills, business analysis, testing data, change, release, and deployments of Model N ( powered by N ) pricing models. Develop Revenue Management requirements documents by gathering business and user needs and compiling them into document format. Manage changes to requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. Develop, author, and maintain software requirements specifications, technical design specifications, and other software documentation for Revenue management. Conduct and participate in discovery discussions, document meeting notes and abstract requirements from discussions for documentation. Review post-execution test results from vendors. Identify and resolve issues with Revenue management application(s) Develop test scripts and test scenarios. Develop pre and post meeting materials and manage meetings. Collaborate with other BAs, Developers, Business users to produce quality deliverables that ultimately enable a strong capability for the Value Access and Pricing team. Develop formal project plan and track all project related activities and milestones. Conduct requirements elicitation sessions as needed and prepare requirements summary. Lead support activities for custom software configuration. Monitor and assign support incidents appropriately, ensuring Service Levels are met. Track and manage deliverables as per project plan. Develop data extracts, Extract data for users or third parties as per requirements. Coordinate with IT project teams, Business Partners to ensure that business requirements are effectively incorporated into design specifications, multi-platform integrations and data transfers. Develop status reports and communicate the status of project deliverables, highlighting issues or conflicts between teams to stakeholders and management. Communicate across teams to ensure transparency in project tasks.
