Please send a resume of suitable candidates, with best bill rates and availability and contact information. 1st reks Position - Hogan Business Analyst Location: Remote - CST Duration: 6 12+ month contract Client: Banking Client Responsibilities: Works directly with Banking client personnel as a consultant to support development on their existing Hogan Banking system. Analyzes and documents User specifications and processes. Creates test scripts and performs functional testing. Provides functional assistance in solving hardware or software problems. Possesses an in-depth knowledge of Banking and works with the technical staff for systems development and support. Maintains and demonstrates knowledge of banking industry trends, particularly as they apply to the client. This role is for development work, 40 hours per week Monday Friday. Production Support candidate will be added to the Production Support roster Required skills: 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst on Hogan Deposits (DDA & TDA) application, Hogan CIS application programming experience is a bonus. Must be proficient in Word and Excel Strong problem solving capabilities and communication skills (verbal and written) Modernization experience testing APIs a bonus 2nd Requirement Position- Jr Database Developer / Jr Oracle Developer Location- Remote Duration- 6 Month CTH INTERVIEW TYPE- Video REQUIRED SKILLS 8-12 years experience Reporting & performance tuning PL/SQL, MySQL AWS how to scale, set up clusters Review & propose. 1. Schemas and database server, in the queries being executed. 2. Propose solution for SQL long queries. 3. SQL queries to improve performance. 4. Monthly Reports solutions for all equipment at customer level. 5. Design database structure for planned projects like file Management and Smart Tag. 6. Optimize Queries - Ensure that queries are properly optimized. 7. Tables and create indexing. Ensure that tables are indexed on columns frequently used in WHERE clauses, JOIN conditions, and ORDER BY clauses. 8. Adjust database configuration parameters (such as memory allocation, cache sizes, and connection limits) to match the hardware resources and workload of our system. 9. Add partitioning and sharding to distribute load if required. 10. Large tables, consider partitioning them based on certain criteria (such as range or hash partitioning). 11. Evaluate database schema and consider normalizing or de-normalizing it based on the Current KC requirements. Reporting Strategy 1. Purpose reporting tool for automated report and dashboard. 2. Establish a reporting cadence that provides timely insights without overwhelming stakeholders. 3. Balance frequency with the availability of relevant data and the need for real-time decision-making. 4. Explore various reporting tools available in the market. Consider factors such as functionality, ease of use, scalability, cost, integrations with existing systems, and support for data visualization.
