       Proficiency in Power BI: Strong command of Power BI, including the ability to design and develop complex reports, dashboards, and visualizations. They should be capable of extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into Power BI for analysis and reporting purposes.

Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Reporting
: Proficient in extracting, manipulating, and analyzing data from EC to create insightful reports and analytics that support organizational decision-making and HR strategies, including experience of creating Story reports
