Please share the resumes to [email protected] Role: Infrastructure Architect (Need only Visa Independent candidates) Location: Princeton, NJ (Hybrid) Duration: Long Term Key responsibilities: Provide advisory services to conduct an IT Platform assessment of current state (people, process, technology) and develop a roadmap with recommended improvements and best practices. Conduct technical analysis and provide expertise in hardware, storage and network planning, engineering, and administration. Analyze implementation techniques and tools to identify the most efficient solutions. Validate hardware, network, storage and security design. Provide recommended specifications and schematics for unified network architecture. Identify and detect potential performance and throughput issues, developing risk mitigation solutions. Required Skills: Bachelors Degree in information security (or similar field). 10+ years of experience in designing and deploying advanced support of enterprise networks and security solution architectures. Experienced in Enterprise IT Strategy & management 10+ years of experience with Citrix and/or VMWare. Hands-on knowledge and experience in Backup systems (e.g. Commvault) Extensive experience performing on-going optimization of the network security devices to ensure adequate capacity, availability, and scalability. Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, managing, and documenting network security infrastructures and related systems. Extensive knowledge of data security practices and systems; NIST, ISO, etc. Strong ability to independently debug broad, complex, and unique networks with mixed media and protocols required. Ability to interact with customers, vendors, and project managers on a regular basis to support implementations, change management and troubleshooting. Experience with leading ticketing systems and ITSM processes. Bachelors degree (Master's is a plus) in IT or equivalent technical training & certifications 3-8 yrs of demonstrated employment experience in a related industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt agile practices to the unique needs and challenges of the healthcare domain Good to have skills: Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
