Have strong knowledge of CA-1 and RMM products. Should have worked on CA-1 to RMM or RMM to CA-1 migration. Work independently in a complex environment. Work with multiple teams for day to day activities Job Duties and Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and industry standards Work with multiple teams for day-to-day activities Work independently in a sophisticated environment Collaborate with multi-functional teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop scalable solutions Provide authority mentorship on z/OS administration, ensuring high availability and performance Lead MF Storage (IBM) configurations, optimizing storage solutions for efficiency and reliability Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with established standards and policies Look out for new technologies and trends in infrastructure architecture Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions on standard processes in infrastructure management Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity plans are in place and tested regularly Be responsible for the evaluation and selection of infrastructure technologies, tools, and processes Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve system performance and reliability Migrate CA-1 to RMM Position Qualifications: At least 10 years of work experience.
