Position Title : Project Manager Position Location: Hybrid 2-3x weekly Pittsburgh, PA Areas of need: Customer communication (bi lateral comm with customer) Major data initiatives (building out a data platform) Models to combat fraud loss Onboarding of transactions for fraud coverage [addressing and closing gaps] The Group Culture: Collaboration as a group consistently Promote in office days on the same day due to mentorship and connectivity, and develop Role and the key responsibilities in order of which they will be doing day 1 and frequently followed by those they will be doing as the project/work progresses Understand project life cycle initiation to close Planning and execution of the assigned initiative Understanding project time, budgeting, scope (triple triangle) Partnering with stakeholders Monitoring reports for quality Logging plans into the PM software throughout the enterprise. Describe the must have technical skills/experience of the position in priority order: IT background from a PM standpoint to understand the delivery lifecycle SAFe/Agile Agile Methodologies Degrees or certifications for the candidate to be successful: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required or equivalent work experience. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred. PMI or PMP certification. Years of experience: 3-5 years experience required.
