ACBS is a bank loan application. Onsite in Midtown, NYC 4 days a week Job Description:- With-in cloent's IT department, the business analyst will be responsible for the support of the ACBS application. Support includes responding to user inquires, troubleshooting and researching issues, liaising with other IT Teams, and working with the FIS vendor. The candidate will also manage enhancements via sourcing user requirements, creating business requirement documents, performing unit and integration testing, coordinating user acceptance testing, designing solutions and workflows for business processes, and working on specific sub-projects all involving ACBS 8.0. Context: The technical business analyst will join an IT Team responsible for supporting ACBS 8.0. Support includes addressing user requests and delivering system enhancements. The analyst will liaise between the Commercial Back Office and IT Support Team development staff.
