Good knowledge in Oracle Core HR, Time and Labor and Payroll modules Good knowledge in Oracle Journeys Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc. Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI. Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition. Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects. Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files. Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc. Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS Contributes and provides input to the development/ implementation projects. Work with BSAs in requirements gathering, configuration & development, review, testing and implementation of system and process enhancements or projects including the preparation and review of associated documentation. Lead, drive and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information. Work direction is only provided for new areas of work or unique assignments.
