Job Title: Senior Delivery Lead (Technical Program Manager) Location: Remote Duration: 6+ Months Interview: Video Visa Type: USC/GC Job Description:- Must Have Skills: They have experience as a technical program manager within a financial institution, with previous oversight of technical implementations. They have experience managing enterprise data projects (Enterprise Data Platforms, Data Governance, Data Ingestion, Data Integration, etc.). We are looking for people who have experience working with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Stewards, etc. We oftentimes needs people who understand regulatory data needs as a large financial institution. Advanced knowledge of SDLC. Knowledge of end to end delivery lifecycle from system or data design to implementation. To Look For: Delivery Execution: Owns complete delivery lifecycle (initiation to completion). Accountable for scope, roadmaps, and impediment management. Manages and governs the development and execution of assigned technology and enterprise projects / programs. Responsible for executing, overseeing, and communicating the delivery of these programs, driving results to achieve business outcomes. Leads cross functional development from design to delivery. Strategizes, schedules, and aligns resources essential for executing large initiatives and programs ensuring delivery of key business outcomes. Monitors progress and performance of initiatives and programs. Examines outcomes to identify potential issues, risks, and areas of improvement. Communicates recommendations to relevant stakeholders through reports and other documentation. SOME ELEMENTS: Delivery Operations, Process Compliance Standards: Evaluates opportunities to streamline processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency, addressing bottlenecks in the end-to-end flow. Implements best practices to drive efficiency and improve time to production. Stakeholder Communication Ensure clear communication between Team, Product Owner and relevant stake holders. Risk Management - Identification of Risks, issues and mitigation plans. Removal of impediments in a timely manner Project Reporting Monitor and report Project progress, provide timely feedback. Publish Weekly and Monthly status reports. Day to day responsibilities: Strategic Delivery Oversight Collaborates with technology leaders, enterprise PMOs, and product management to align strategic objectives and roadmaps to assigned workstreams within the assigned project. Facilitates quarterly and annual planning focused on delivery business value as outlined in objects and roadmaps. Advised technology leadership and drives adoption of enterprise standards and best practices across area of responsibility.
