Responsibilities: Liaise with business users/client managers/specialists to understand the requirements/problem statements. Support and participate in customer meetings. Ability to perform solution design. Take decisions independently and interact directly with customers. Carrying out Development/Implementation tasks as required. Reviewing/updating functional /technical specs documents. Coordinating with the customer & team (Offshore & Onshore) to address any open questions/queries. Coordinating/conducting testing or release management activities. Provide support for estimations. Suggest and validate various solution options for the requirements. Provide technical/functional leadership in the development / implementation project. Required Qualifications: An advanced degree (B.S. or B.E Minimum, Masters preferred) Understanding in configuring and customizing JDA ESP Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures. Prior experience with configuration & development with JDA ESP. Should have good understanding in order promising. Experience developing on Windows/Unix environment. Experience in Pl/SQL/Shell script programming. Experience with Oracle databases - SQL: queries, stored procedures. Strong conceptual understanding in the Retail Supply Chain Planning Good Knowledge on ESP. Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills. Strong Communicator Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment. Exhibit a commitment to customer service while building customer partnerships. Knowledge on other JDA modules would be an added advantage. Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client interfacing skills Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable. Prior JDA Master Planning and Fulfillment or i2 SCP implementation experience in the Retail/CPG domain would be an added advantage. Works as a functional liaison between Project Team and key customer executives and should have knowledge on Order Promising Knowledge of Integration between ESP and OP is a must.
