JOB DESCRIPTION Advising agency executive leadership on overall strategy for technology to ensure business goals are met. Advising agency executive leadership on management of budgets related to the use of technology. Development of long-term technological strategies to support business operations. Serve as a liaison between business areas, IT operations, and software/applications developers. Serve as a single point of contact for the agency executive team for all technical matters. Assist business areas with identifying business cases and creating solutions based on those business use cases. Develop agency strategy for vendor relations and management. Develop strategy for improving user experience and boost satisfaction.
