Background: national criminal search, county criminal search, sex offender registry, social security IDTrace, restricted/denied/excluded parties list check, and E-Verify DRUG TEST REQUIRED Position Summary Data Modeling and Manipulation Ability to create new analytics tables and fields from existing sources to enable downstream data analysis based on KPI/stakeholder data requirements SQL (NoSQL or other DB skills) R or Python preferred for more advanced modeling PowerBI Version Control (Git/DevOps) Typical Day to Day: Some combination of the following Data Modeling: Creating new tables or modifying existing analytics tables to expose new variables or data for analysis May involve new ETL logic or modifying existing ETL logic to automate those runs Creating dashboards in PowerBI using cleaned, curated data to deliver insights to internal and external stakeholders Descriptive analytics, such as x number of appointments by y variable, x% change over y time period, etc. KPIs Visualizations/Dashboard creation necessary for this step Assist in development of KPIs and data outputs for new projects Ensuring all necessary data elements for KPIs either exist currently or will be created as a part of that project Data validation/Integrity Checks Maintenance (Documentation, Version Control, etc) List 3 questions recruiters should ask candidates: How comfortable are you with creating data models and creating tables/features for analysis How much have you worked in PowerBI How would you rate your ability to work with stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into actionable tasks Thanks & Regards Sushmita Soni Sr. Technical Recruiter| SoniTalent Corp.
