Knowledge of SMP/E, software upgrade and maintenance In depth knowledge of CICS SMF record structure and the CICS Performance Analyzer tool to gather statistics for tuning CICS regions Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation & customization, dynamic transaction routing, etc. Ability to perform problem determination, dump analysis and performance tuning. Experienced with the CICS monitoring tools Sysview. Knowledge of Cobol to support application developers. Experience with Mainframe WebSphere MQ PREFERRED EXPERIENCE Assembler and COBOL coding and knowledge of CICS Exits Web application support in a CICS TS V5 environment Knowledge of zOS facilities such as: APF, Linklist, VSAM, LPA, Coupling Facility Experience with CICS Interdependency Analyzer tool.
