Job Title: Salesforce Technical Project Manager Rate: 65 Location: Tysons Corner, Virginia (Day 1 Onsite) 12+ years of experience in IT industry with 5+ years of experience managing projects and programs. Strong Leadership, Communication, Stakeholder management, interpersonal skills required. Experience in Salesforce (SFDC) CRM with end-to-end implementation experience and Salesforce.com integration experience including different business systems as well as integration tools. Lead a team of Salesforce developers, provide solutions, technical Mentoring, reviews and coaching of the development team, Provide technical support to peers & juniors. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business unit, ensuring that proper testing is implemented and performance requirements are closely monitored by working with the development teams. Experience in competency building and managing P&L. Experience with environment management, release management, source control, Continuous development and Continuous Integration (ANT, GitHub, Jenkins, Copado or similar) Expertise in managing discoveries, requirement gathering & scope definition demonstrated through successful delivery of mid to level size & complex projects Experience on REST & SOAP API SFDC Integrations would be preferred. Consistently exceeded organizational expectations and the ability to work in cross-cultural and multi-ethnic environments. Certified SFDC would be preferred.
